Gehr Family Student Innovator Awards 2016

What:

A fellowship program for health professional students to develop a mentored health care system project on the Keck Medical School campus in partnership with either the LAC+USC or Keck Healthcare system. Each year, 4 students will be selected for the award and will receive a $4,000 stipend.

Gehr Family Innovation Award 2016

What:

Seed grants of $25,000 each to pilot health care delivery quality improvement projects and innovations in partnership with health care systems within our community. The program is open to any staff or faculty members affiliated with the University of Southern Calfironia. Up to three awards will be funded. Funding can be used to cover staff or faculty time as well as other project costs. Projects should be brief in duration (lasting approximately 1-6 months).

Gehr Family Quarterly Speakers Series

What:

The Gehr Center will host a lunchtime speaker to discuss health care innovation, implementation science, health system partnership, and other related topics. Consistent with the mission of the Gehr Center, the focus of the series will be on educating health care students and professionals about implementing evidence based practices in real-world settings.
